How do I book a coordinator?

Get to know each other with a vibe check (aka 30-minute call) to talk about your vision, the coordinator's approach, and how you’d work together.

Request to book your fave coordinator with a simple and secure checkout process. Then, you'll receive an invoice 90 days out from your event.

How much does coordination cost?
The cost varies by coordinator but typically ranges from $2,200 to $5,000 for day-of coordination services, including:
- All prep work in the 30 days prior to your event
- On-site execution day-of
- A day-of assistant to offer an extra set of helping hands
Can I search by more than just location?
Yes! You can search by keywords like location, date, price, areas of specialty, venue, and languages spoken - because we know that so much more than location and availability matters when finding the right person to support you in celebrating your partnership.

What’s a day-of wedding coordinator? How is it different from a wedding planner?
Day-of coordinator: a wedding professional who steps in 4-6 weeks out from your event to take over logistics, coordinate with vendors, and execute the event day-of, allowing you to relax and be a guest at your own celebration.
When should I book my wedding coordinator?
The earlier, the better! Popular dates can be booked up quickly, so we encourage you to book your coordinator at least 6 months before your date.
To ensure your coordinator is available for your date, you must have a confirmed wedding date and signed venue contract before booking your day-of coordinator.
When does my day-of coordinator start work?
Coordination services begin 4-6 weeks out from your event depending on the coordinator's process. While every coordinator has their own unique style, each process includes a kick-off call, building your custom day-of timeline, liaising with all your vendors, and being on-site to run the event day-of. We’ve done this process hundreds of times - trust us, it works!
How do you ensure the quality of your coordinators?
Each coordinator undergoes rigorous screening, including interviews with our team and a values alignment check. If a coordinator doesn’t meet our standard for quality, they are removed from the marketplace.
Why do you call weddings a ‘Love Party®’?
Weddings are beautiful, but they also come with a lot of societal expectations and have historically excluded a lot of people’s partnerships. By calling them a ‘Love Party®’, we’re rewriting the rules on what a celebration of love has to look like + inviting couples to plan events that actually reflect them.
